Ordering Policy
We strive to ship all orders within 1 - 2 business days from the date you place your order. Most orders will arrive within 2 - 8 business days from the date of shipment via UPS. You may select Express Shipping for an additional charge.

We do everything possible to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition. Gifts are packed in heavy cardboard boxes surrounded by plenty of packing materials to reduce shifting during shipping. Damages incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier and must be filed with the carrier accordingly. Please retain all packing materials for the claims process.

Shipping Policy
Upgrading the method of shipping does not change the length of time to assemble and ship your order. It only reduces the amount of time the package will spend in transit. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered delivery dates or shipping days and they do not count towards the time a package is in transit to its destination.

We ship all of our baskets anywhere in the United States. Free Standard Shipping does not apply to orders to be delivered out of the United States. We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska for an additional fee as stated per basket. Three additional days will also need to be allowed for delivery to Hawaii and Alaska when using Ground Service. We are unable to Express ship orders to Alaska, Canada or Hawaii and all other locations out of the United States. Orders shipped to Canada will have an additional fee per basket ordered as well as three additional days will be required for Ground Service. All International Orders will have a $37 - $65 charge for each basket. If the correct shipping method is not chosen and a request to ship in one of the above situations in requested on the order we will automatically charge your credit card for the shipping method you requested. i.e.: If your package is addressed to Canada and you have chosen Free Ground you will be charged the shipping charges for Canada. These charges are not reversible nor are they refundable.

Packages shipped to International address will require additional fees and shipping time. The Federal International Customs office does not guarantee delivery times. Packages shipped overseas take an average of 9 - 14 business days, with the exception of the winter holidays taking a average of 12 - 19 business days. Holidays and weekends are not considered shipping days as well as different countries holidays are observed. Please inquire when making your order as to the item restrictions placed for different countries.

Redelivery Charges
Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information provided during the checkout process. Examples are the following but not limited to: missing apartment numbers, wrong zip code, missing company name, wrong street address, wrong city, etc. This charge is usually between $15-$20 per gift basket and will be automatically charged to your credit card by Anziche upon shipping change notification from UPS. These charges are NOT REVERSABLE and will not be able to be refunded.

Anziche will not be held responsible for shipping delays which result from processing issues on the part of UPS other circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather delays, labor strikes, natural disasters, etc. During peak holiday seasons, delivery times are not guaranteed by UPS so please place your order allowing additional time for shipping.
